Our operation manager provides 24-hour support for emergencies as long as our bus operation is running. To avoid accidents caused by human carelessness, we check our driver’s health conditions with alcohol checker and face-to-face roll calling before and after the service and double check the itinerary.
Additionally, we conduct regular hardware maintenance at our service center to prevent car troubles, subsequent accidents and environmental pollution due to faulty maintenance.
To Our Customers
We set our driver’s working hours according to the Improvement Standards that were notified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, therefore two or more drivers might be arranged for a long distance or long hour travel.
Besides, it should be understood that our drivers cannot exceed the legal speed limit and they need to take rest breaks. Please make sure you have plenty of time for your trip.
